Americus Pizza

Today we head to the first town that shows up when you see Indiana on my sidebar. Americus is a town that I have driven through many times. Early on in the blog it was a place to find a photo of the day when I had to make one every day. It was not far away, and 25 was still the main way to get through the area. Now with 25 being diverted a little this has become an out of the way place to visit. On this day though the light was very good to make this photo.

The Draw Of The Pizza Place

In the small towns the pizza place is one of the congregating points of the town. I think that is why I love to photograph them so much. When I see a small town I look for the places where most of the people would interact. The pizza place definitely is that. Here I found it on an off time, but I bet during the busy times this place is hopping.
