An Unexpected Find In A Bird Box

In this box I would expect to find bluebirds or swallows this time of year. That is normally what is coming in and out of it. An owl would be a nice surprise. Two squirrels fighting to get out was not what I was expecting to see. Especially since this was about 20 feet out into the water. I don’t know how or why they got out there, but it did make for a good photo.

Back At The Bog

This was part of a couple of trips to the Celery Bog that I made this spring. I haven’t had the time to get out there much lately. I had a really good trip on this day, but work kept me away for the next few days after that. I need to get out there more.
