A Beautiful Day For Barn Photos

I made this photo on my way into New Richmond to see some of the Hoosier filming sites. I was outside of town looking for a barn from the movie. What I didn’t realize though was that not long ago a storm took that particular barn out. This keeps getting repeated about barns, but it is true. I have found that it is better to document any barn that I think is cool. It might not be long before that old barn is gone.

Barn Week

This week in the afternoon the theme will be barns.  I will look at a few barns that I have seen this year that for some reason have not made it onto the blog yet. I love to make a good barn photo. The old barns are slowly going away so I like having the chance to document them.
