A Unique Mural In Flora

When I was driving through Flora this mural caught my eye. I made a bad photo of it, and then drove around the block so that I could make the photo that you see above. There something about this mural that caught my eye. This mural was done by Branden Apitz and depicts Iron Man meeting the Miami Indians. The mural that I saw was starting to show its age. Part of that aging almost looked intentional. When I saw a photo of this shortly after it was completed though it looks much different. I still like this mural, and I am glad that I found it to make a photo of it.

The Lost Flora Trip

I made this trip to Flora, but for some reason I never really posted the images from it. I will make a point to get some of them out over the next few weeks. Heck it could even wind up a theme one week. I really had a good trip to Flora, but for some reason I never really posted much from it. This is a cool town, and deserves a little love on the blog.
