The Mound Barn Near Veedersburg, Indiana
Last year while heading home from a softball tournament I had some fun making photos on the road home. I had just made photos at the covered bridge down the road, and I knew that I had this barn to see on my way back to the main road. It just had a good look to it, and I had some fun making photos of it. You can see my post of three different photos of this barn here.
Choosing The Infrared Camera
The infrared camera was a fun choice here because of the harsh midday light. The infrared camera only sees reflected light so you don’t mind that harsh midday look. Here I think that it actually makes for an interesting photo. This had the look of a photo made in the great plains during the depression to me. I love this old time look, and the infrared camera is always fun to break out when the light is bad.
