The Ye Ole Sundae Parlor

For some reason I love this photo. It is another example of a Pizza King in Indiana for my collection. It was also an ice cream parlor as well from the sign. This photo just screams small town Indiana to me. From the building next door to the tornado siren looming overhead. On road trips I have been having fun finding a local pizza king or a local ice cream shop to photograph. These are places where everyone comes together in a small town. This one is a little of both. The sign and the new windows led me to believe that this building could look a lot different in the future. I will have to come back when this place is finished to photograph it again.

Another Week Of Softball Travel

This week my afternoon theme again will be things that I saw on a particular softball road trip. This is the time of the year when softball can dominate things. I decided that my afternoon posts this week will all be from my trip to Clinton Central last week. I ended up not taking the route that I planned, but that leaves room for a future trip to make some photos. Speaking of a future trip my theme next week will be another one of these road trips to a softball game. This might be the theme for the foreseeable future.
