Downtown Boswell, Indiana

Years ago when I first moved to the area I stumbled onto this small town. I made a photo similar to this but the sign out front was a little different. On this trip I was able to see that David’s Foods had been printed on the windows back in the day. This building appears to have a ton of history to it. You can see the old dry goods ad on the side of it. You have the old stores with the apartments above it. The water tower sits in the background as well. I really like how this photo turned out.

Another Fun Theme Week

This week in the afternoon I have posts planned to highlight my trip to Seeger to photograph a softball game. I set a goal to find one photo in each town to fill up the week. I like the idea of finding subjects while out on the road. Instead of just mindlessly driving somewhere I can have a little fun on each way. I may try this again this week.
