Another Infrared Barn

I found this barn just outside of Sheridan, Indiana earlier this week. This type of scene is what I am really looking for with the infrared camera. I want a scene that is flooded with light. The infrared camera will use that light to give me something really cool. When converted to black and white you get an image that has some characteristics of some of an Ansel Adams photo. A very poor man’s version of an Ansel Adams photo. If you mess with the color channels a little bit like in the photo below you kind of get a day for night look. I really like the black and white image here, but the photo below is intriguing to me just because it is so different from what I normally do. Which one do you like better?

The Last Day Of Black And White

Today is the last day of my black and white theme for the month. With that in mind I thought that I would double up on the black and white posts. You get two for the price of one today. Next week the weekly themes will start again. I have some fun photos already ready to go for March.
