A Martinsville Night Scene

Here with the light gone from the sky I knew on the scene that this would be a black and white image. The white lights of the city against the dark sky always looks good to me. I love the look of the old sign up against that sky. A photo like this is a good reminder of a fun trip down south.

A Month Of Black And White

Last year I seized on the fact that February typically does not have a lot of color to have a month full of black and white photos. This year I am doing the same, but with a little more planning. I have made the photos for this month over a long stretch of time instead of more of a real time thing like last year. My weekly theme will become a monthly one for twenty eight days.
