A Michigan Avenue Sunset

While driving to my parents house last Sunday I saw the light hitting the buildings on Michigan Avenue just right. I changed my way home and drove down Michigan Avenue a bit more. It was a lucky break because I really like the way that the sun is hitting Enzo’s and Ogle’s. For some reason I never spent much time in Enzo’s. I did however spend a few evenings in Ogle’s. It seems like another life ago now sitting in that bar with 3/4 of the people inside smoking. Now they are just memories, but this photo will help with that a little.

LaPorte Week

My theme for the last week of the month is simple. I will be posting photos from my hometown of LaPorte, Indiana. My trips back there lately have involved laying someone to rest. I need to get back there more often so that I can enjoy my time there. My hometown has changed a lot since I left so it will be fun to see what I can find that hasn’t changed. This week I will highlight some things that I have found over the last few months.
