Another Christmas At The Haan

One of my favorite Christmas traditions is to visit the Haan Museum in Lafayette. This is an amazing house with a ton of history. Add the Christmas flair to it, and it becomes a must every year. Part of the fun every year is learning something new about the house. Bob and Ellie who own the house are usually there to give you a tour, and they have the best secrets of the house.

All Kinds Of Things To Do At The Haan

The fun thing about visiting the Haan Museum at Christmas is that you can do so many things. You can go in and just check out the trains. They have a few rooms with trains going around various famous landmarks. The last couple of years we have had fun finding the elves that were hidden around the house. You have the art from all over the state that is there year round to check out. You have the many holiday trees all throughout the house to check out. One of our favorite things to do is to check out the amazing kitchen each year. See if you can find the refrigerator while you are there. You still have a few days to enjoy this unique home while it is celebrating Christmas. It is worth your time.
