Seeing The Grinch And Santa Together At The Merry Main Street Market

My heart grew three sizes when I saw Santa and the Grinch hanging out this past weekend at the Merry Main Street Market downtown. This was kind of a silly moment, but one that needed a photo made. Every year somewhere around Christmas I seem to find this Santa somewhere. He must be very busy at the North Pole, but he also seems very busy here in the Lafayette area making appearances.

I really did not make many photos this year at the Christmas market downtown on Saturday. It seemed like I had too many bags too early, and it was harder to get my camera out. That is a good thing though because that is the point of the market to get people to shop downtown. We tried to do our part by visiting a few shops. It is always a good time, and the big crowd when we were there said to me that it was a success.
