The Haan Museum At Christmas

I love this family room at the Haan Museum. During the Christmas season it has a Kwanzaa theme. I have always liked photographing it because of how it looks though. The entire Haan Museum looks great this time of year. We made our annual Christmas trip there this past weekend. It is always fun to get a tour of the place and find new things that we haven’t seen before.

A Little Detail

The grandfather clock in the back of the photo has a pretty cool story to it. The wood used to make it is over 4,000 years old. I can’t imagine the pressure on the woodworker with how old that wood is. Each piece had to be worth so much money. This house is full of all kinds of cool little pieces like this with a great story behind it.
