Downtown Lafayette At Christmas

I really love how they dress up downtown Lafayette for Christmas. This year I have not been up there a lot yet. I love the way that the town looks though when everyone is playing along. The windows are full of decorations, and the lights are up and making everything a little brighter. Here a little snow comes into the frame to give it a little more wintery feel.

A Slow Start

This year I started off the Christmas season under the weather. I missed the tree coming into the Union for the first time in years. I also missed the lighting of the tree. I feel like I am starting this Christmas theme a little behind, but there are many things ahead that will help me get into the spirit quickly.
