An Unexpected Hunt On Our Visit To The Haan Museum

Just after Christmas last year we made our visit to the Haan Museum. This has become an annual event for my daughter and I. We are always thrilled with seeing the trains and the Christmas decorations that they have put up. Last year though there was another adventure waiting for us. The museum had placed 13 elves around the house for us to find. It was a great way to get us to explore more of the house for a second time on that day. We found the elves, and had a blast doing it. It is amazing how just a little thing like these elves can make the experience so much better.

As I said above this has become a tradition for my little one and I. There are so many layers to a visit to the museum. It is a working art museum that you can visit year round to see some amazing Indiana art. During the holidays you can walk around and see some amazing Christmas decorations. One of those decoration highlights are the trains that go through some of the bedrooms. You also have the history of the building and the pieces in it to browse as well. We usually spend some time inside the museum trying to take it all in. If you are in the area this is a great time of the year to check it out.
