The Monon Public Library
I have photographed this library before. Last year around Christmas I went by and saw this old library dressed up for the holiday. It was this one and a couple of others that started me looking into why I liked these libraries so much. I put together the fact that they were all built partially with funds obtained from Andrew Carnegie. It started this theme of finding these Carnegie Libraries in the towns that I visited. It has been a fun game throughout the year that I hope to continue next year.
The Second To Last Theme
This week I am looking at a few last libraries for the year. They are all Carnegie Libraries which I have kind of started collecting in a way. I have the first four days of this week for a theme, and then this blog will turn into a celebration of Christmas until Christmas Day. I really like making Christmas photos so it makes sense to make them for almost a month when everything looks great. I love the lights and colors of the season.
