Stopping For A Quick Photo

While on my way to LaPorte the other night I made a quick stop in Chalmers for a night photo. I needed to make a quick stop so why not make something when I did it? I really like the look of small towns at night. The American flag showing some movement on the windy night just caps it off for me.

Photographing For What It Will Be

When I made this photo I knew that I would make a black and white out of it. The colors of the scene were not adding to the photo so I didn’t need it. I tried to expose this in a way that would play to that black and white conversion. I think that it turned out pretty good because of that.
