Seeing Clue At The Civic Theatre Of Greater Lafayette

Seeing The Civic Theatre’s Production Of Clue

This was a great weekend. It was homecoming with everything that goes along with that as well as Yo-Yo Ma on Sunday. It all started with seeing a stage production of Clue on Friday night. The Civic always puts on a great show, but this one might have jumped to the top of my favorites. I love a good comedy, and this was that. It kept building up to a manic finish that left me with my side hurting. We saw the play on the final weekend of a three weekend run or I would have gone back to see it a second time. This was the perfect way to start off a great weekend.

Making A Photo On The Way Out

When we were leaving the theatre the monsoon was still going on. I wanted a photo to remember the night though so I made this one of a puddle in the parking lot with the prop garage in the background. It is not the best photo in the world, but photography of the play is not allowed. It is probably for the best though as I would have been making photos the entire time. I really liked how things worked with Mamma Mia. I could get all of my photos ideas out of the way during dress rehearsal so I could just enjoy the play.
