Some Nice Light On The Long Center

While out on a photowalk not long ago I walked by the Long Center. I usually approach this building from Main Street so I make photos of this sign from the other side. This side of the sign though has a much older feel to it. On a day like this one you also get a little of the yellowish building on the right hand side of the frame that looks great against that blue sky.

A Little Film Look

For this photo I used a film preset to get a little older look that I liked. I don’t like the presets that really change the photo that much for something like this, but it really helped this photo look a little better to me. I really like making film photos, but it is not always the best idea to go out and make every photo with film cameras. Having some film presets that get me closer to the colors that I like is a great way to get the look that I want with the gear that I have with me.
