A Cool Building Downtown

I have photographed part of the old Klumpe Upholstery building for years now. Whenever I walk by though the light hasn’t been right on it. Last week while waiting for an appointment I finally walked by with the light pretty nice on the building. This is a very cool looking structure that I am sure has a ton of history in it.

Waiting On A Photo

One great thing about making photos in your hometown is that you have time on your side. You can see a photo, but the conditions are not right. At some point you will be walking by it when the conditions are right, and you can finally realize your photo idea. When you travel you kind of have to take what is given to you. When you make photos of the place where you live you can be a little more selective of when you make the photo.
