A Night Stroll Around The Union

I made this photo a while back while out hoping for a nice sunset on campus. The sunset never really materialized, but I made some photos that I liked anyway. Today as part of the 100th birthday celebration of this building they are going to open a time capsule that is nearly 100 years old. I thought that another photo of this old lady on her birthday would be good for the blog.

When The Film Comes In

Last last night I was in bed when I got the text that my film scans were in. That is always an exciting time so I was back out of bed to check them out. The fun part about film is seeing what you had thought of months before. Sometimes the photo can sit in camera for a while before I even send it out to be developed. Then you have the time for the film to get to California, get developed, scanned, and then finally I get to see what I made. It is kind of like Christmas morning every time that I get a notification that film is ready. Hopefully by the time that you get this I have another notification on a special roll of film that I sent out.
