Giving Back In Earl Park

This mural in Earl Park, Indiana was created by Camer1 a San Francisco artist. His work was featured on here heavily a few weeks ago when I posted about the murals in Remington, Indiana. Camer1 is the artist behind the Wabash Walls project here in Lafayette. The more that I start to pay attention to these small town murals as I drive through Indiana the more that I realize that Camer1 had something to do with most of them. I believe that Camer1 was commissioned for this piece to give back to the community which is the theme of the piece.

Murals On The Road

This week my theme in the afternoon will be murals that I have found on the road. During the week I plan on making some photos of the local Wabash Walls murals so I thought it would be fun to keep this blog on my theme for the week. During the summer I like having themes each week to give me a goal for making photos. My time to get out and make photos is very limited so it is good to stay focused with a goal.
