A Little Liberty In Peru, Indiana

Part of these trips for softball lately have been finding the local courthouses and making photos of them. We have been lucky that not only the city that the tournament is in is a county seat, but the area around it has a couple as well. On this trip I found myself at the Miami County Courthouse and of course this copy of the statue of liberty caught my eye right away. I stopped to make a couple of photos of it. It has been here since 1951 when the local boy scouts dedicated it. On a day like today it seems like the perfect thing to post.

A Patriotic Week

I normally only post my theme posts in the afternoon, but this week I have been on a patriotic theme all week. The 4th is a fun week, and it made sense to just go all in on the holiday this week. I hope that you will have a good 4th and keep all of your extremities today.
