When The Circus Is Always In Town

Finding A Circus On My Drive

Last weekend I was coming home from Columbia City and decided to check out some of the towns that I had driven by the previous times through the area. I had been to Peru before, but for a basketball game on a night when I came in for the game and left town just as quickly. I found a lot of interesting stuff there, but didn’t take the time to check it out. On this trip I made sure to find some places of interest in town. When I saw a sign pointing to a circus arena I knew that I had found something interesting.

Why Didn’t I Stop?

A couple of times on this trip I found myself wondering why I didn’t stop to make a photo. After making this photo I turned right as you can see the sign wants me to to head out and on my way. The only problem was on that side of the railroad bridge all of the crossings were blocked. When I came back through to head out of town about fifteen minutes later I was ready to be gone. The entire front of this building was full of clowns waving at the cars going by. I should have stopped and made some photos, but I was on a mission at the time. This photo would have looked so much cooler with clowns all around the building.
