A Nice Blue Hour In Austin

A few years ago we were in Austin, Texas for a wedding. Our hotel had a great view, and while we were enjoying the pool on top of it I had the idea to come back up when the light was better. The next morning I made my way up there to make this photo. This photo fits the theme of this week pretty well. It is not a photo I would ever expect to sell, but it helps me remember a great time in Austin.

Vacation Week

This week my afternoon theme is vacation week. Part of the fun of this week is going back through old photos to find pictures that didn’t make the cut originally from my different vacations with the family. I thought that it would be a fun way to spend the week. In the old days your friends or neighbors would make you look at slides from their vacation. This week I am doing something similar with this blog.
