A Fun Conversation On Campus

A Different Take On My Brickhead Conversation Photos

During the early part of the summer my day is spent driving to and from the high school for various events. Last Friday I took a couple of cameras up to campus to make some photos. One of those cameras is my infrared camera. It just sees the world differently than me, and that is a cool thing. Here it let me make a photo different than what I normally would make in this spot. I really enjoy trying to find new ways to use this camera.

Infrared In The Summer

For most of the daylight hours in the summer the sun is too harsh to make really good photos. In the past I would just wait until the time around sunrise and sunset to make photos. With the infrared camera you actually want that harsh light hitting your subject. The harsher the light the better the photos. I used to rent a camera every summer with this in mind. A couple of years ago I finally bought an infrared camera so that I could make these photos whenever I want. It is a fun way to get creative during the summer.
