Not Another Post Office Post

After last week I can hear it now. How many post office posts can this guy do? Well this is one more. This beautiful mural sits on the side of the Remington post office giving me something a little different than my normal post office photos. It was this mural that started me down the alley that led to these last three posts this week. It is very eye catching and beautiful.

Remington Gets Its Own Week

I like having some sort of theme for my afternoon posts. This week the art in Remington seemed like a great way to spend my afternoons. Everyday I will take a look at a different piece of art that I found in this small town. The piece is called “The Time Is” and was painted by Britt Johnson with the tag @brittpaintsalot. She is from Austin, Texas and was here as part of the mural festival that happened in Remington a couple of years ago. This mural was kind of the key to this whole idea to document some of these murals in the town.
