Three Cameras At The Stockwell Post Office

Three Takes On The Stockwell Post Office

I really like this idea of using multiple cameras on a scene. I made this early on in my film journey when I was really testing out what the different film stocks would do for me. By having multiple photos using different stocks from the same location it let me see what I liked and didn’t like.

The Different Setups

The top photo was made with my Sony A7RIII with my 24-105mm lens on it. This is my go to digital camera. I was zoomed into about 50mm to mimic my film cameras. The second photo was made with my Canon point and shoot camera. The AF35mm camera is a fun little camera that was 40 years old when I made this image. I had some FujiFilm 200 speed film in it at the time. The third photo was made with my Canon AE-1 film camera that was loaded with Lomography 100 at the time. I really liked that simple film from Lomography. As I write this I don’t have any currently, and that may have to change. I also had on my new to me then Sigma FD 28mm lens on the AE-1. I think that each of these cameras gave me something different. Which one did you like the best?

Another Week Of Going Postal

This week I thought that I would share more of my post office photos. This is always a fun thing to show how much these buildings are actually alike. Each town does have their own little spin on them though.
