Finally Seeing This Water Tower Up Close

For years I have driven through Chalmers on my way to Purdue. In the past I would be coming down for some sort of Purdue event and see the lights on at the stadiums near this water tower. I was always curious as to what was back there, but always in a hurry to get to where I was going. Not too long ago I found myself back there to watch some softball. On the way out after the game the rain was ready to start and the sky looked pretty cool. I finally had my chance to make a photo of this water tower.

A Little Extra Meaning

When we made this trip it was to see the team play. We were very surprised when our oldest started the game. Finally getting back there to see some sports is fine and all, but my oldest getting her first start was amazing. I wanted something extra from the night to remember it by, and this photo is part of that.
