A Moonbow To Cap Off The Night

In late November we were watching a movie together when I stopped to let the dog out. It was bright out so I glanced up at the moon. Of course when I saw the rainbow around the moon the movie was paused for a quick photo op. I decided to let the moon blow out so that the rainbow could take center stage. Next to the moon is Jupiter, and if you look really close you can also see Uranus. I love these unexpected photos that come my way. I was in for the night with no intention of making a photo. Of course that all changed really quick.

Waiting To Post

Of course this would happen on the first day that I was just going to post Christmas photos to the blog. I am writing this on the night that it happened knowing that it will not post until after the new year. These are cool photos that I want to show right away, but of course tis the season. I also like having these types of photos tucked away a bit so that I can start the new year off with some good photos. Hopefully this post will come a little later in the year meaning that I have some really good photos that I want to share first.
