Finally Seeing Postmodern Jukebox Live

Years ago when the Nickelback was chosen as the halftime entertainment for a Thanksgiving in Detroit the public was not for it. Amid the backlash I remember seeing a video that was made showing a Nickelback song done Motown style. I started following the account, and in that time I have watched countless videos where Postmodern Jukebox has taken a current song, and arranged it in an older style. Next month I will finally get to see them live after watching them on YouTube for all these years. During the pandemic I would watch the live shows where Scott would take requests. I never put any requests in, but it was fun to see what would happen.

Keeping The Black And White Theme Going

I really was debating what to do this week with my back and white theme. I have a ton of swimming photos that I want to show off, but they really don’t fit this theme. I think that I have found a solution. Instead of writing seven posts about each swimming session I may just put out a best of post. I really haven’t decided on how to write it yet. There are some fun stories so I may just write one long post and put it out there. No matter how that happens I am going to see this black and white project through. Just a couple of more days to go.
