Right Where You Left Me
As I left the women’s basketball game Saturday night the sky was pretty nice. It was perfect for a nice color photo, but of course this month I am making black and white images. I will put the color photo below, but I made two images thinking of the edit as I made each one. I think that they both work in their own way. Sometimes I walk down this corridor and pass up the photos because I have made them before. Other times I try and challenge myself to make something new when I walk through here. On this day even after making photos during the game I still had a couple more in me. I was only walking this way because something happened to my parking pass so I had to park in the neighborhood next to the stadium. You could look at that as a bad thing, but it put me in this spot that I would not have been in otherwise. It was a good break that I am thankful for.
Nothing New
This is a corridor where I have made many images. I love the way that the buildings move you into the center of the photo. Of course when you get to the center of the photo there is Mackey Arena. Here I found a little snow to put into the foreground to make something a little different than I normally make.
