Heading Back Out Into The Fog

This morning the fog was thick at my house, but when I drove into town it really thinned out. If I wanted to get some of that fog effect into my photos I would have to use the longer end of my telephoto lens. I made some images that I liked this morning even if they weren’t the moody fog photos that I had in mind when I left the house. Part of the fun of photography is adapting to what is going on and coming up with images with what you are given. This was a fun image that I did not have in mind when I left my house this morning, but I am glad that I made it.

Back To Regular Posting

For most of the start of this year the blog was pretty scripted. The best of posts would go out every day just after eleven, and I had a post scheduled for the morning and afternoon. Every now and then I would cut in and post something that I had just made, but for the most part the blog was on autopilot. It feels kind of good to be back to the regular schedule of getting out and making images to post.
