Photographing The Lance Jones Game
Last night was a fun one in Mackey Arena. Purdue won easily, and Lance Jones had a heck of a game. The transfer had 24 points to lead Purdue to an easy win. Early on I knew that Lance would be a fun player to photograph. Last night he was having some fun, and that is always fun to capture. It is amazing how these two programs have changed since I started going to Purdue games. Early on Michigan was the ranked team, and Purdue was just trying for a win. Now the tables have turned, and Purdue is tuning up for what I hope is a long run in March.
The Floor Remote
Last night was not the night for my floor remote. I had it firing all night long, and this is the only photo that I liked from it. It is not there to make many though so I will take the one. For some reason the refs were having a great time standing directly in front of the remote for most of the night.
The Bloody Knee
A second half collision left Kaelin Llewellyn with a bloody knee around his brace. I was trying to find a way to make a decent photo of it when he was fouled and went to the line. I really like how this one turned out. I had a fun night last night. Here are a few bonus photos that I liked.
