Xavier Tennis Visits Purdue Again

Every year it seems like a get a chance to photograph the Xavier tennis team as they take on Purdue. Yesterday they had a match at noon inside the Schwartz Tennis Center. The last time I walked out of Schwartz Michigan was still celebrating their Big Ten title. That was a fun few days making images with a lot of emotion in them. This would be a bit more laid back. I was only there for doubles before heading over to basketball. Over the last few years Xavier has been very good to me. I have gotten to travel to some fun places for their teams. It is always cool when they come to my town.

Getting It All In Quickly

During a normal match you have some time to try some things out. You can gamble a bit because you have a lot of time to make the photos that you need. Here though I was only photographing doubles so I wanted to make sure that I had something good of each athlete. I didn’t really have much time to play around. I may have to head down to Schwartz one of these days to just play around a little. Tennis is a fun sport to try some things with.
