A Foggy Morning At The Prophetstown Barn
I went out on Christmas Eve morning to see if I could make a couple of foggy morning photos. It was a moody morning for sure, and I wanted to see if I could find any cool scenes. I had this barn in mind for my solstice image, but the clouds prevented me from making the photo that I had in mind. I had the thought that this photo could have been amazing if the sun would peak through the clouds for a moment and light up this fog. It was not meant to be. I liked this blue photo though.
Looking Back At The Year
By now you have seen a couple of my best of posts from last year. I have about three weeks planned of posts looking back at last year. Every day at 11:11 a new one will drop. This is a fun way to celebrate a good year, and also a good way for me to find things to improve on in 2024. Last year I set a goal of making my photography more like it was when this blog started. Every photo that I make doesn’t have to be an epic photo. It can be something simple that documents a moment in time. I think that opening up my photography a bit made 2023 much more fun for me. If you want to see some of my favorite photos from 2023 just click on the Best of 2023 tab below this post. It has been fun going back through my best of posts from past years to see my growth.
