The Christmas Tree At Instant Copy

During the market last weekend I had a chance to walk Main Street a little slower and take my time to make some photos that I normally would not be able to make. I really liked this tree in the window of the Instant Copy store. This is not a photo that I would have made in the past, but I really like how it turned out.

Photographing It All

This is a point that I will harp on as the year ends, but this year I really leaned into making photos for me. I have always looked at this building and thought that it would photograph well. Of course I didn’t know who would care about the building. Here though I have captured a bit of history in town. The Christmas lights and the copy store are things that have an old time feel to them. I might like this photo more than the blue hour photo from the market that ran yesterday.
