A Purdue Pete On The Shelf

Monday night Purdue played what has become one of my favorite games of the year. They have a food drive tied to a poster program that they have gone all in on. For the last two years Caleb Furst has played the part of Buddy the Elf. The promo videos have been great, and I know for sure last year they broke a record for food donated. I am not sure what they did this year. Here I thought that Purdue Pete looked an awful lot like our elf on the shelf. It was a good way to get the basketball post to turn into a Christmas post. The whole game had a fun Christmas feel to it so it makes sense that it counts as a Christmas post even if I am posting photos a couple of days later.
