The Lafayette Theater On A Rainy Night

Tonight I was uptown making dinner at Bru Burger when the rain really started coming down. I knew that there would be some good reflections so I made a detour on the way home to make a couple of reflection photos. The blue hour sky made for a perfect backdrop for the theater and its golden lights. I love these types of scenes so it was a good thing I was in town at this time. It is almost like I planned it this way.

A Different Photo Of The Theater

This is a photo that I surprisingly have not made of this theater yet. At this point I think that I have photographed the front of this building about every way that I can think of. I think the only way that I am missing is from the air. It always feels good to photograph a familiar subject with a subtle twist to it.
