A Photowalk In Lynchburg, Virginia

My only visit to this town was in 2017 with the Indiana State football team. When you travel with the team you don’t have much time to see things. You usually get in later at night, and you don’t have much time on gameday. On this trip I had some time in the morning to go for a walk. I went down by the river to see what I could find. This is a photo that I don’t think I thought much of back then. Now though I love it. It is a little piece of history from that time. The old power pole also looks like a cross which I really like.

I was in the way back machine for a project and I came across some of these older photos.  I obviously saw something here because I made the photo, but I don’t think that I ever posted it. I just didn’t know what I had. I like the idea of this photo though, and I am glad that I stopped to make the photo years ago.
