No Tubing Today

Deep in Happy Hollow Park is apparently an old tubing run that is no longer open. While there for a party a while back we were investigating it, and I made a couple of photos of the sign. Apparently this was clear enough to sled or tube down back in the day. Sometimes the part of this local history feature on the blog is me finding a small crumb of information and asking you the reader if you have any more. What do you know of the tubing run at Happy Hollow Park?

The CineStill Debate

Over the last couple of weeks CineStill has found themselves on the wrong end of some bad PR as they have been bullying some smaller competitors over the term 800T. Apparently they have a copyright on the term and they won’t let anyone else use it. That is a descriptor of the product so it makes you wonder how they got it in the first place. I am going to use up the remaining CineStill products that I have, but I am waiting a while before I buy anymore. I want to hear a little more about this story. This was my first time using 400D, and I kind of liked the look. Time will tell if I use anymore of it.
