Finding The Fall Scenes On Campus

Right now fall has hit some trees on campus while others are still holding out. I have been making more frequent trips to a couple of locations on campus hoping that a couple of scenes come together all at once. While I wait for those scenes I have been having some fun finding little moments all over campus like the one above. The little windows letting me get some fall foliage into my frame with a recognizable subject are pretty fun to create.

To Post Now Or To Save?

With these fall images I debate every year whether or not to post them all right away. Right now we see the fall colors all over so we become desensitized to the colors. In a month or two when the color is gone I always think that these images will stand out more. I think right now my plan is to post a few as I make them, and to hold a few colorful images back for the winter when color will be a more welcome thing.
