One More Quick Photo

My daughter hears that phrase a lot. One quick photo and we can go. Last night I dropped her off at Girl Scouts, and it quickly led to a photoshoot for me. I had plans to make some photos in downtown Lafayette while she enjoyed scouts, but fate stepped in and gave me a new goal. I ended up making quite a few photos of the interior of a church. It was beautiful so it was a fun time. As we were leaving for the night I was in a hurry to get her home to wind down for the night. Of course I saw the way that the light hit this building with the cool sky and we suddenly had time for one more photo.

Silent Sundays

If you read the blog then you have noticed that Sundays have had a theme for the last couple of months. I wanted a day of rest for myself so that I wasn’t worried about writing a couple of posts every day. I decided that my Sunday posts would be of a church and that I would let the photo speak for itself. This Sunday I moved the post that was originally scheduled so that you can see one of the photos that I made last night.
