The Sunflower Door In Otterbein, Indiana

A common theme lately is that I have been making the photos that I have been thinking of for a while. I have driven by this door a ton of times, but I always think that the light is not perfect. On this day the light was gone. I decided that I should just finally make the photo anyway. Someday when the perfect light is on the building I can make a second photo of it.

A Random Door

A couple of weeks ago I titled a post “A Random Door In Otterbein”. That was partly because I didn’t have a better name for the post, and partly because I am always making photos of random doors in the different towns that I visit. I finally decided to make a category at the bottom for these random door posts. I don’t know that I have any plans for this series, but it gives the photos a place to live as a collection. This is one of the more unique doors that will be in that collection so it makes sense that it is one of the first in there.
