Photographing The Friday Night Lights On CineFilm
One film that is worth the price of film photography is CineStill 800t. It just has that old time cinematic look that I really love. With the anti-halation layer being stripped from the film the lights become a star of the photo. When I was testing the film out I knew that I wanted to use it under the lights at a high school football game. Those lights just have a certain look to them that I knew would be great.
Getting Used To A New Film
These first two rolls of CineStill 800t did not produce the amount of keepers that the rest of my rolls that I sent in did. In fact these were pretty light on the winners. I was really testing it though. I wanted to see what it could and couldn’t do so I really pushed it sometimes with that in mind. Part of the fun of this new film adventure is trying things out. When this film hit though I loved what it did. I took pretty good notes so I can hopefully replicate the winners from the first two rolls of this film. Below are a couple of bonus photos from the first two games of this high school season.
