Three Cameras At The Native American Village – Part Three

Another Look At Images From Three Cameras At The Native American Village

Today I will look at another set of images from the native american village at Prophetstown through the lenses of three cameras. One was my ‘regular’ setup with a Sony A7R3 and a 24-105mm lens on it. The other camera was my infrared converted Sony A7R3 with a 28-200mm lens on it. The third camera was my Canon AE-1 with a Canon FD 35mm lens on it. The first image below was with my film camera and Kodak Ektar film. The second image was with my infrared camera, and the final two images were made with the ‘regular’ camera. The final one I converted to black and white though.

Picking My Favorite Image

This one to me is a little harder to do. As with the other images for some reason the images made with the ‘regular’ camera just don’t do it for me. I have already covered why I like the infrared black and white over the converted black and white image here. Where it gets harder for me is to choose between the Ektar image and the infrared image. They both have aspects that I really like about them. If I was going to pick between them to post I probably would have split them up and posted them both. I love the colors in the Ektar image, but the infrared black and white always looks good to me. Which one is your favorite.
