Back At Folk Field

This has been a different year for me. I missed the Purdue soccer opening night for the first time in over ten years. I out looking for photos Thursday night and wanted to see what the new Cherry Lane looked like so I took a detour off of my route. I ended up seeing the lights at Folk Field so I stopped by for a couple of film photos. When the chance to make some photos there for Wake Forest came up I jumped at it. It has been a while since I photographed a full game there. Almost a year to the date to be exact. This is a great place to make soccer photos though, and I am glad that I was able to make photos there for as long as I have been able to. I am still looking for that perfect Folk Field sunset photo.

More Photos From The Match

It was not too hard to make photos of Wake Forest. They also wear the old gold and black and making photos of them was just like making photos of Purdue. You have to think that Nike runs these uniforms together and just changes the name on the jerseys at the halfway point. I had a blast making soccer photos again yesterday. I don’t know that I have photographed a bad match yet this year. This week I have some more soccer on the schedule so hopefully that trend continues. Until then here are a few bonus photos from the day that I liked.
