My Favorite Photos From The 2023 Harrison Softball Season

Finding this team was a happy accident. I wanted something to photograph near the end of the 2022 season so I went down to Harrison to see the team play in the first game of the semi-state. They won that game, but more importantly they had a great time doing it. They were fun to photograph. They play hard, and they make good photos doing it. That makes me look like I know what I am doing. I made as many games as I could this year. It seemed like for a while they were always matched up with my kids. If I could just make a couple of innings I would do that. They were that fun, and that means a lot when you are making photos pretty much year round. Here are my favorite images from this past season.

As I said above too many times this team is fun to be around. I could only be at one inning early in the year, and they went down 3-0 before they could bat. As they were going into the dugout I heard a player say that it was okay. They would just score twelve. As I was leaving the field to get to my other game they plated the twelfth run of the inning. They have fun, but they also have a killer instinct that is also fun to photograph. Before I go I will post one last photo from before the season started of most of the 2022 team getting their state runner up rings during a basketball game. This team has the talent coming back to allow me to make a photo like this one again.
