Getting Another Chance To Photograph A Studebaker

A couple of weeks ago while at dinner I watched this classic Studebaker pull into the parking lot where we were eating. We were outside and so it didn’t take much to go over and make a couple of photos of it. Growing up near South Bend I heard about this car brand all of the time. Many things around that town were named after it. They have a very cool look to them, and it was great seeing one again.

A Great Dinner

That dinner was a great one for photography. I made the photo above of the Studebaker and I also made the photo of the tea condensation that you saw a while back on the blog. While sitting at our table outside I also came up with the idea to photograph a lot of the buildings in that area. That idea then grew into a much bigger one that will keep me busy for a while. I had been searching for a side project for a while, and it was amazing when it actually hit me.
