Catching A Quick Reflection

This morning I went for a walk in the local woods with my little one. On the way into the woods we walked across these basketball courts that we have walked across many times in the past. A brief rain early in the morning left a few small puddles on the blacktop so I had some fun making reflection photos for a little bit. The infrared camera only collects reflected light so the puddle becomes an instant mirror. That made for an interesting image for me.

Diving Into Infrared

I really have been having fun trying to find new infrared subjects. Anything that I can put up against a tree line I want to make photos of. Soon the trees will start transitioning and they will not make for good infrared subjects so I have a short time here to play around. I am sure that too many photos of this type will show up over the course of the next couple of months. They are just new and interesting to me. Hopefully they are to you as well.
